Triastek Released Intellectual Property Strategy 2.0 On the 24th World Intellectual Property Day

On April 26, 2024, we celebrated the 24th World Intellectual Property Day. The World Intellectual Property Day was established by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to promote the contribution of IP to economic development, cultural prosperity and social progress. The theme of this year's World Intellectual Property Day is "IP and the SDGs: Building our common future with innovation and creativity." The theme emphasizes the role of IP in promoting the realization of the SDGs and encourages global innovators and creators to cooperate and contribute to building a better and more sustainable future.

As a global leader in the field of 3D printed drugs, Triastek started with the "scientific hypothesis and innovative dream of the pharmaceutical industry" at the beginning of its establishment. With intellectual property as its core competitiveness, the company has completed the development of its proprietary 3D printing drug platform technology. With the establishment of three major technology systems, Triastek has developed three new processes, built five 3DμS® delivery technology platforms addressing various challenges in the pharmaceutical industry, and developed five products based on different technology platforms, each of which received clearance of IND application both in China and the U.S. This marks the achievement of Triastek's strategic goals in the 1.0 era of technical innovation and creation.

As Triastek enters the 2.0 era under the "open strategy," the company opened up technical resources to establish extensive cooperation and realize the commercialization of emerging technologies. Triastek's development strategy during this period aligns with the theme of building a common future advocated by the World Intellectual Property Organization. Triastek's number of patent applications accounts for more than 20% of the global 3D printed drug field, making Triastek the company with the most complete patent layout and the largest number of applications in this field. This overall patent layout strategy ensures the company's IP advantages in key technology fields and provides strong support for the commercialization of its products and services. Entering the 2.0 era, Triastek will continue to build high-value patent portfolios based on its three maturing technology systems, and adopt a more open attitude to establish extensive business partnerships with global pharmaceutical companies.
