Based on the MED^® technology, Triastek has built three pharmaceutical processes, which are named MED^® process, MED&MIM process and MED&SSE process. Through continuous technological iterations, Triastek has achieved continuous and large-scale production of 3D printed drug products.

Triastek has constructed GMP compliant continuous 3D printing pharmaceutical production center with a maximum annual capacity of 75 million units in the initial continuous production line, making it the largest in the global 3D printing pharmaceuticals. This production line is dedicated to the entire process from early formulation development, small-scale clinical sample production, and key clinical drug production to commercial production, providing end-to-end technical solutions for commercial partnerships.
